Colony West Swim Club is operated by an Board of Directors that is elected from our membership, by our membership.
There are 9 board members at a time, each serving a 3 year term. Board members can only serve two consecutive 3 year terms, after which one year must past before running for election again. Elections are held at the end of each summer with voting concluding at the board meeting in September. The board will meet typically once a month in the evenings.
Officer positions are voted on each year at the annual meeting.
To submit your name for election to the Board of Directors, you must be a member in good standing.

Upcoming Board Meetings
During the pool’s operating season, meetings will be held at Colony West Swim Club. During the rest of year, board meeting are held off of pool property.
